First Session inc. consultation & information gathering – 90mins Follow Up Session – 1hr £50 During the sessions we are going to focus on all the reflexes points and bringing in our attention some factors who may distract you from the main purpose of the moment Pregnancy: * Re-balancing the Body * Total Relaxation * Taking Control Reflexology works by stimulating reflex points on the feet that correspond to parts of the body.I will work areas relating to the reproductive system but it is also important to work the nervous system as this supports the body in creating the right environment for conception. An hour-long reflexology session is very relaxing and it will help the body and the mind to go out from the stress zone, focusing on relaxing breaths and positive visualizations during the treatment. Cancellation Policy

A charge will be applicable for candidates without 48 hour's notice. -if you give 48 notice no penalty will be incurred. -if you cancel less than 48 hour's you will may loose that session -usually 1 session can be rescheduled according of our both availability
